Opening a Restaurant…

Having worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years now both the wife and I have thought several times about opening up our own restaurant. While I probably could go franchise with my current company in the next five to ten years we are thinking more along the lines of a coffee shop type of place. Something that’s not open 24 hours. When I retire and start my own business I will be done with 24 hour restaurants.
The biggest hurdle with opening a new place is of course money. The good thing is that there are companies that offer business loans at a decent rate such as ARF, Advance Restaurant Finance. The specialize in business loans for restaurants and are very familiar with the whole process. You can find some great information over at their site if you are looking to start your own business or open a new restaurant.
What’s nice is that even if you don’t have perfect credit they can probably help you out. Here are some of the reasons why ARF might be a good choice for you:
* We can deliver some of the most competitive rates available
* We have a simple application process & fund quickly
* We do not increase your loan payments as your sales increase
* We do not make you change your credit card processor
* We are a licensed lender, regulated by the State of California
* We directly employ a large staff of financing professionals
* We specialize in restaurants & retailers with less than perfect credit
